A small shop you'll get to know by name
Precision Auto Repair has been Albertville's neighborhood shop since 2008. Longtime resident Rob Rich owns it and works the floor, with more than 25 years in the auto repair industry behind him.
We use current diagnostic tools to find the actual problem, then explain it in plain language with photos. You get honest advice on what needs doing now, what can wait, and what is fine. Nothing starts until you say yes.
For years our greeter was Rudy the Rottweiler, who met every customer with a wag of his short, stubby tail. Rudy passed in March 2025. The day before, Kevin was born, and he has been learning the job ever since. He has big paws to fill and is on the right track. Stop by and say hi.
Car trouble is stressful, so we keep the rest simple: easy drop-off, an after-hours key box at the front door, and a call or text when your car is ready.

— Kelly K., Recommends on Facebook“Really good service. Very honest and upfront with costs and repairs. They tell you what's wrong (with a very in depth inspection) and then let you decide what to have done. And no pressure for the repairs you wait on.”
— David T., Recommends on Facebook“I've had a number of major and minor repairs done. They've always done us right. If they see issues they notify you of them but don't push for any repairs if you don't want to do them.”
